This Z650 has been owned by the person I acquired it from since he imported from California in 1996,but it hasn't really been used during that time,having spent most of it dry stored in his garage. It runs and sounds fine,and prior to it's lengthy rest,it had quite a lot of work carried out including strip down,powder coated frame,repainted tank,side panels and tail piece,recovered seat,replacement starter clutch etc. It still has it's original exhaust system fitted which is in sound condition,as are the rims and mudguards,and it comes with original handbook as well. I've been out for a couple of test rides and it goes really well,and rides nicely,but due to it's long storage will need some light recommissioning before regular use.
